Project Summary: The Client was commissioned to prepare a 'vision' document for improvements to a river weir system in North Wales. The project would improve river safety and enhance facilities for whitewater sport.

The supplied base photos did not form a complete panorama and so this first had to be created and stitched together using image enhancement and stitching software. The Engineers' plans were then translated into an artist impression of the proposed scheme which involved complex mixing of photo images to create the required whitewater effects. The final image provided a useful tool to communicate the scheme to local residents, Planning Authority and the site owners.
