Customer Satisfaction Guarantee...

I want you to come back!
When you order a portrait from me I want you to be completely happy with the results and recommend me further.

Therefore I'll try my very best to keep you fully informed on progress and give you the opportunity to view a digital proof image of your completed portrait. This two way approach helps to ensure that the portrait is as life-like as possible and gives you the chance to request changes if necessary.

Only when you are completely satisfied with the portrait proof image will I request payment.

1. Your photos

Simply email me a clear, detailed photograph and include a brief description of how you would like your portrait created i.e. portrait size, watercolour or graphite etc. You may also want to describe what details to include or emphasize in the portrait.

2. Draft composition

I'll get back to you with a price and a draft composition of how the portrait would look.

3. Proof image, payment & postage

When the portrait is completed I'll email you a proof image to see if you require any minor changes. Only when you are completely happy with the digital proof image do I ask for payment. I'll then prepare the portrait for posting.

Portraits are normally completed within eight weeks but orders can be completed sooner if necessary.
