  • ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND - Information on the work of the Arts Council, including Arts Lottery.

  • The British Council's Design Department promotes British design through a range of activities and events including touring exhibitions celebrating British design, workshops,seminars and conferences overseas.

  • ArtisanCam North is a fully interactive website which aims to raise the profile of contemporary visual artists in schools. This innovative website includes scheduled live watching of artists and craftspeople in their studios, video conferences between schools and artists and fully interactive online workshops. Targeted at key stages 2 and 3 pupils and their teachers in the North East of England and Cumbria and Lancashire, ArtisanCam North is free at the point of use to all.

  • Craftscotland has been developed by the Scottish Arts Council, and includes an online database of makers but also lists galleries in Scotland. There are exhibition listings, reviews and an opportunities section.
